Description
"Ciro..." was found on an otherwise rainy day, just as the sun burst through the clouds on an Assissi side street. The lights and shadows spoke to me of the very reason for our workshop, to study "the colors of light and shadow." The greeter just inside the doorway waited, with menus in her arms for whoever might wish to drop by. The tables on the street are not very strongly placed in the painting, but the overall light and shadows, convey a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
